GALLEGGIANTE MAGNETIC    MAKE A QUESTION
Question: what does “noiseproof filling valve” mean?
Answer: the new filling valves, so called “a membrana”, work good mechanically (hydraulic opening and closing) but are noisy because water, during loading, go out from the upper part of the valve by causing the maddening noise with effect “waterfall” for the time it takes to fill the cistern (a 9 litres flush cistern takes about 1 minute to be full!). Even Magnetic has a “membrana” opening and closing system but, thanks to the patented magnet functioning, water filling happens only from the bottom of the cistern, embedded, while a special flush control avoids water hammers without shortening the time to fill the cistern.

Question: can Magnetic be installed only inside exposed cisterns or also inside the built-in type?

Answer: the small dimension and the reversibility of the screw setting the water level allow it to be used in almost all the flush cisterns which have been installed in Italy for 30 years up Today, independently on the water connection side.To be fitted to the built-in flush cisterns, Magnetic is supplied with a kit including an extension pipe made of copper, which can be cut at the required size, and all the components to fix it.It can also be used in ceramic monobloc flush cisterns having the water connection on the bottom, still used in some areas in Italy, thanks to a special kit.

Question: by letting You know the manufacturer’s brand of our very noisy flush cistern, could You assure us that Magnetic can be fitted inside it, by definitively solving the problem of noise?
Answer: the manufacturer’s brand is not enough. We also need to know the exact model and then we inform You whether and how it is possible to install Magnetic. In case of very old flush cisterns (more than 30 years old) or not much used in Italy, we could need to get know of some further dimensional data to be able to give any assurance (our technical dept. is at Your disposal for any information)
