HISTORY
GREENTHERM - hot and cold water distribution programme was introduced
in 1996 by Bampi as the result of a twenty years experience in plastic
pipes and fittings production. The orientation towards quality was
an unavoidable choice in an overstocked PP-R market: very hardy
brass inserts, fittings with a wall thickness suitable for 25 bars
nominal pressure, internal lining in PP-R for male threaded brass
inserts, wide and constantly up dated range.
MATERIAL
GREENTHERM programme is composed by top quality polypropylene-random
type 3 articles. The internal surface of both pipes and fittings
is smooth so limestone or other deposits can not form and head loss
is reduced to the minimum. Moreover GREENTHERM PP-R pipes and fittings are bad
thermo-conductors, allowing to save energy, have a considerable
flexibility and grant a good noise-proofing in buildings plants.
Connections between pipes and fittings are made by polyfusion welding.

RANGE
GREENTHERM programme consists of a widerange of articles available
in diameters 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110 mm., allowing all
the operators to work easily and handly. STANDARDS
GREENTHERM programme has been attested by the Politecnico di Milano
for potability; moreover it’s been produced according to DIN
8077-8078 standards for raw material, SKZ, DVGW.
GREENTHERM pipes have obtained the “pr EN 12202-2”,
that is they are according to quality standards valid in CEN members
states (European Centre for Normalization).
