Question: is it necessary to insulate gas pipes also through the floor?
Answer: no, but the concrete which cover gas pipes must be gasproof.. Some technician however suggest to use the gas pipe sheath in order to protect the pipes from chemical substances and mechanical damages caused by possible building settling.

Question: is it possible to use also small pieces remaining from the installations, which otherwise should be discarded?
Answer: yes, it is possible only with the PP extensible sheath, by soldering the pieces through a polyfusion machine for HDPE.
