Answer: the high performance in terms of noise-proofing was tested by the Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgard (details are specified in the technical catalogue), the important Body certifying most of noise-proof drainage systems.

Question: is the installation of HDPE drainage systems difficult?
Answer: a particular equipment (welding mirror and electro welding control) is required as well as a particular care in bevelling the fittings and/or the pipes before welding. Moreover it takes care in arranging the expansion sockets, which are necessary to compensate the important variations of PE dimensions.

Answer: no, it is just a matter of trading strategy. PP is originally colourless. However the several products present on the market are different in the pureness of the raw material, resistance to pressure of pipes and fittings and sturdiness of brass inserts. It is advised not to weld together products with different brand.

Question: what does “noiseproof filling valve” mean?
Answer: the new filling valves, so called “a membrana”, work good mechanically (hydraulic opening and closing) but are noisy because water, during loading, go out from the upper part of the valve by causing the maddening noise with effect “waterfall” for the time it takes to fill the cistern (a 9 litres flush cistern takes about 1 minute to be full!). Even Magnetic has a “membrana” opening and closing system but, thanks to the patented magnet functioning, water filling happens only from the bottom of the cistern, embedded, while a special flush control avoids water hammers without shortening the time to fill the cistern.

Answer: the small dimension and the reversibility of the screw setting the water level allow it to be used in almost all the flush cisterns which have been installed in Italy for 30 years up Today, independently on the water connection side.To be fitted to the built-in flush cisterns, Magnetic is supplied with a kit including an extension pipe made of copper, which can be cut at the required size, and all the components to fix it.It can also be used in ceramic monobloc flush cisterns having the water connection on the bottom, still used in some areas in Italy, thanks to a special kit.

Answer: the manufacturer’s brand is not enough. We also need to know the exact model and then we inform You whether and how it is possible to install Magnetic.
