The fastening collar plays an important role, not only as a mechanical support for a drainpipe, but also plays a significant role in determining the acoustic transmittance values during wastewater discharge. BLU-CLAMP is a bi-material plastic collar with high soundproofing performance, particularly suitable for wall anchoring drainpipes with diameters of 75, 90, and 110 mm.
BLU-CLAMP is an all-plastic collar composed of an external polypropylene band and an internal rubber band that elastically rests on the pipe surface, preventing any potential acoustic bridges. The BLU-CLAMP collar is extremely adaptable and anchors to the pipe like a sliding collar, thanks to a “clip” closure and a safety screw. The BLU-CLAMP collar is fixed to the support section with a metal tie rod and is available in three different diameters: 75, 90, and 110 millimeters.
