An innovative drainage system in coextruded 3-layer black RAL 9005 polypropylene (PP). The range available with diameters from 32 to 200 mm consists of pipes and fittings reinforced with mineral fillers (MD) which give the system sound insulation, resistance to impact, corrosion, abrasion and the aggression of chemical substances dissolved in civil and industrial waste.
Waste drainage system compliant with EN 1451-1 in Class BD (inside the building and outside, as well as underground) suitable for systems in buildings where compliance with regard to acoustic insulation for residential, industrial and commercial, public and receptive such as hospitals, retirement homes and nursing homes, hotels, schools, places of worship. The ULTRA SILENT system is also suitable for the construction of ventilation and aeration, extraction, dust extraction systems.
The ULTRA SILENT water drainage system can be designed according to the requirements of the design reference standard, UNI EN 12056-2. According to these prescriptions, pipes and fittings from the ULTRA SILENT system or, alternatively, BAMVENT ventilation valves can be used for the ventilation of the drainage system. In compliance with DPCM 5/12/1997 on passive acoustic requirements inside buildings (Law in force in Italy), the ULTRA SILENT water drainage system offers appreciable soundproofing performance certified in accordance with EN 14366 at the Fraunhöfer Institute in Stuttgart.
Lightweight system, simple and quick to install thanks to the push-fit joint, secured by an elastomeric gasket. The connection with the socket guarantees adequate space for any expansion of the system with a reliable and guaranteed seal over time. The ULTRA SILENT polypropylene system is compatible for connection with other plastic materials in PP / PE-HD / PVC in standard diameters.

The peculiar composition of the ULTRA SILENT system determines characteristics of tenacious strength, especially in severe cold environments, with an impact resistance (tested in the laboratory) up to a temperature of -20 ° C. Furthermore, in the event of an accident or an accidental hole, the system can be quickly repaired by heat-sealing carried out by an expert hand with special equipment.
